Fun printer
Our 8 & 13 yr old girls received this printer for Christmas. We have had a great time printing many things. The girls really love printing the mystery eggs. This printer is really good for an entry level plug and play printer. We have had to calibrate it a few times but. Overall no real issues. Also the printer food is so fun. We have the type that is color changing with temp and they love it!Show lessAsabean
App glitches and logs off immediately
The app has been functioning poorly with glitches, sluggishness, and logs me off repeatedly. It has run smoothly in the past but this has been difficult to use tonight. Hope there will be a fix soon to improve these issues.kids love to print
Signing in again and again
Keeps saying I need to sign in to perform a function and kicks me back to log in. Sometimes I get 20 minutes sometimes it’s over and over and over.
Not sure what the issue is but it would be cool if they could fix it.
I don’t see how this is ok.
Update:
The app has lost record of all the toys I’ve printed, currently thinks I haven’t registered my account, reverted my email to an auto generated one and wants me to start the entire process over again.
So I did and was immediately kicked back to step one again
And then again.
At this point this is trash.

Amazing at first but no longer working after 1 day
We can no longer get the printer to connect to the network after one day of use. I have tried resetting the printer (does nothing), connecting to my phone hotspot (worked for two prints and now will not connect to that either. Based on these difficulties, I would not recommend a Toybox.LauraBubs

My printer and my iPad disconnected,again. This is the I would say fourth time my printer and TOYBOX app Refused to connect to the internet. And yes I tried to manually type in our Wifi name and password but it kept saying it was incorrect. After checking many times confirming it was correct. But it’s an ok app with it’s occasional hiccups but still, 3-4 casualties! And I got my printer in June of 2020 and it is currently November of 2020! Do not purchase
Well, my printer worked for the first 6 months of having it. Then it started having problems. And now, after having it for less then a year I can not print anything!!!! The worst costumer service too!! I asked them for help on fixing the printer and they gave me the generic response of reset it or calibrate it. WHICH I HAVE DONE BOTH!!! Then they offer me a free roll of printer food to help!!!!! THAT WONT FIX MY PRINTER!! Also, you can only return it within the first 6 months!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY FIX A 3D PRINTER WHEN IT BREAKS FOR THE 1,000th TIMEShow lessJenna P. Rodgers

This product is definitely five star fun, but the fun part has been short lived. The first printer stopped working after two days despite hours of calibration and trouble shooting. The company had quick and excellent customer service and was able to send out a new machine. The new machine arrived today, and the power connection in the back was broken. I’m waiting on a response now. Hopefully they are able to send out another fully functional device. Third times a charm?
The app mostly works well. Some pages crash when trying to view “collections”. Toybox, please send a consistently working machine, this wasn’t cheap!Show lessJPR4384
Toybox is the best

Keeps crashing when I try to make a Block Buddy
I get to the “Name your buddy” screen and keep getting a message “something went wrong” Kids love the printer but this is annoyingNashvilleNewman
