Cancel ASAP
I used this for maybe a month and after digging into more of material after a few months it wasn’t necessary. I tried to cancel and then they used small print to tell me I am in it for the long haul. For a company who say to make standards loud and clear they certainly don’t walk the walk.
Crashes each time I take personality test
I get my results but when I try to click the button to see how they actually affect parenting the app crashes each time - very annoying afte taking the 32+ Q test multiple times
Love and Logic improved
I have long been a promoter of Love and Logic. This course takes those sound principles and helps to apply them with new-to-me tools and methods that really helped.

Keeps shutting down
I’ve got a lift time membership and once I log in it shows things you can do like ‘add notes’ then shuts down and won’t reopen?

Does not open
I downloaded the app and it will not even open for me. I can only access the classes online on my laptop. I would really like to be able to access the app on my phone so I may do the lessons on-the-go.

Months ago app was working great, and content very valuable. Now the moment I click the app it crashes and prevents me from opening. Send emails and get no response back on support.
App crashes on three separate devices
Big fail when it’s a key feature advertised for the program and you’re instructed to keep deleting and reinstalling the app. The developers and the company should be embarrassed to advertise this.
App won’t open despite reloading twice.
App won’t open. Was really looking forward to being able to use this but it’s not working. Keeps crashing as soon as I open the app and get past login details.
App constantly crashes
Not happy to have paid for this program and the app is mostly useless. Constantly have to uninstall the app, reinstall it, and then it works maybe for a day and goes back to endless crashing upon opening the app.
Good app but needs download functionality!
This app works well and has very little bugs however it needs the ability to download the lessons so that they can be watched/listened to when you have weak or no internet connection.
As many parents I’m time poor so I try to listen to this whilst on my way to/from work (on the subway and train) which have weak or no connectivity so the ability to download would make it much more useable.
