Meaningful Content
I find myself using this app almost everyday. I originally bought the 3 month membership and recently upgraded to an entire year. The content is meaningful and applicable. There is a wide range of topics that range from personal development to advanced professional development.
I do think there are upgrades to the app that would make it even more valuable.
1) better search functions- I want to be able to search by topic, name and part name of the program , instructor, or keywords. I find that often I search and nothing comes up even when I know that the program is there. Also I want it to give me results from programs, series, sounds, etc in one place. When I see something I want to comeback to I often don’t know what “section” it is in. Please make it easier.
2) downloads- as a professional who travels I want to be able to download content to the app to use on flights. This is some of my best downtime to do this work and I often can’t get to the content then because we can’t download.Show lessDoesn’t register that I only speak English and that I’m a subscriber
I just download this app, paid $500 for programs that truly do not seem to be worth it. Before the app told me I was no longer a subscriber and I needed to purchase another $500 round within an hour of already paying $500, I clicked on to two of the programs thinking that I was about to learn how to a tap into my intuition, the become a stronger leader. However, three videos in on each program and I have yet to learn a thing due to the fact that the videos at the beginning of the series are the speakers just talking about themselves how they were raised over and over again. They do not get to the point. As a business owner I don’t have hours to listen to nonsense. Then in trying to watch this on my smart TV it will only show me videos that are dubbed in Spanish with no option to change it. And on top of that now says that I am no longer a subscriber, even though I have paid for a year. My frustration levels with this company are through the roof and I feel like a fool for spending $500 on this app.Show lessDeveloper Response

I originally loved the app and the culture that I bought into. I quickly realized that I wasn't utilizing the app for what the cost was. Most courses are framed for people that do not live in the US, timing and availability. Therefore, I didn't see the value, plus I needed to cut back on expenses and seriously budget with my income ceased. I was charged $399 for membership and cancelled it right away. I didn't see a reminder email nor is this something that showed in my subscriptions under Apple ID on phone, where I manage subscriptions. I read the refund policy and it states it's a case by case basis, so I wrote support an email. They were very quick to respond that they wouldn't give a refund. I suppose I was hopeful that a company of this size and culture would treat their members with more care and understanding.
To be honest, this really gives me a different perspective on this company and makes me not want to use the app again.Show lessDeveloper Response
