Hi DaisyXIII. We are sorry to hear you had trouble accessing your subscription and reaching our Customer Support. To access your Membership you need to make sure you are signed in to the account with which you purchased. Often times our customers purchase from one account on the website, then log in to a different account on the app resulting in them not being able to access their purchase. It seems impossible, my mindvalley account does not have a subscription for me yet my credit card has been charged. I have tried every venue, chatted, emailed & the recommended pathways. Even apple can’t help.

App and Programs are great!
The programs are broken down into bite-size pieces for you to take on daily. The meditations I’ve tried are high-quality and easy to listen to. I’ve seen promo offers to help reduce the cost.
Programs include manifesting abundance, health, financial growth and expressing your voice. It’s been a month, but I look forward to exploring my membership throughout the year.
This is my one stop for daily meditations, learning and expanding my horizons. Thank you!!
