Start your free trial to experience the benefits of Balance. After the trial, Balance offers two auto-renewing subscriptions at $11.99/month and $69.99/year. These prices are for United States customers, pricing in other countries may vary.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Balance also offers a Lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99 with unlimited access to the Balance library forever.

Reflect on the past before setting an intention for the year ahead.
Balance helps me shift my focus, calm down, & actually see the world around me. It starts simply & gradually builds skills like breathing & visualising, adding pockets of information about the various benefits of resting the mind. The guy has a kind way of talking that really supports me as I try to let go of the million things I’m juggling & actually “be” so that I can start to belong to a nonjudgmental present. This is particularly helpful for focusing my busy mind towards my artistic practice. The sessions are short & achievable & there are different types for different moods/moments. This app is not cheap but I bought it after using it free for a year because it delivers something into my hand (literally) that I know I genuinely benefit from.
