This app always displays “Network is unavailable, please try again later” at every attempt to log in. There is no way to get help and it’s really outdated compared to other fitness apps.Support

For the benefit of F Series users. I have contacted Gebr. Heinemann and they have confirmed that the apps are no longer supported so the watch has no smart functions anymore. The Bluetooth should still work but if you have logged out of the app then it will not be possible to change any alarms or other features. Other than that we still have a normal watch which requires the button cell to be replaced every couple of years. Or ….. you have to buy another watch.Show less
