This app always displays “Network is unavailable, please try again later” at every attempt to log in. There is no way to get help and it’s really outdated compared to other fitness apps.Support

For the benefit of F Series users. I have contacted Gebr. Heinemann and they have confirmed that the apps are no longer supported so the watch has no smart functions anymore. The Bluetooth should still work but if you have logged out of the app then it will not be possible to change any alarms or other features. Other than that we still have a normal watch which requires the button cell to be replaced every couple of years. Or ….. you have to buy another watch.Show lessHorribleness
No longer supported.. n Aviator watch brand does not care to fix the issues.. what use is a smart watch if it cant connect to anything… to be smart…. Sooooo disappointed..No network

So went to connect app to phone and all I get is network unavailable so can’t set time or anythingApp stopped working years ago
This app is no longer supported, tech support does not exist any longer. You cannot register or log into the app which is required for you to use the features and connect to the watch.
Without the app, the watch no longer has any of the smart features and is just a standard watch. No idea why Apple allow a dormant unsupported app to be listed.Show lessApp doesn’t work

Used the watch for a year and a half it’s been very patchy over the hole time data wise watch has now stopped working the app stopped before that saying network not available ! Absolutely fed up with it stuck with it as it was a present but can’t take it anymore and it’s in the BIN !!Aviator F series watch app
I have just received an Aviator-watch, so downloaded the app and registered it, only to find it has a network connection problem, looking at previous reviews found that this was a problem two years ago and is supposed to be fixed what can I do
