Amazing App for Aerialists!
My favourite thing about Aerial Physique TV is the monthly masterclasses that are offered for silks, hammock, Lyra and classes to improve form and technique, like the micro-bend masterclass. I love how the master classes include a downloadable resource, usually a workbook or lesson planned, depending on the class.
I also love how you can search categories such as climbs, footlock skills, belays or drops, plus many more. There’s also conditioning and lesson plans which are great as I teach Aerial Silks!

I love this app! I am largely self taught as I don’t have any aerial studios in my area and this is so helpful. I have tried many other online aerial programs but this one is my favorite. It’s super organized and moves are explained and broken down thoroughly. They have tutorials for multiple apparatuses which works for me as I love all the toys lol. There are single moves, combos, and even entire classes to watch at your leisure so I feel the price is worth it. The owner is also quick to reply to any questions or troubleshooting you may need help with, which is a huge plus.Show lessRN Nessa

Incredible resource for aerialists !!
APTV has helped me to learn so many beautiful sequences and shapes! I love how Jill slows movement down and talks through everything with little tips as well as the steps. The app itself is very easy to use and customize so that you can keep your skills organized. I LOVE the calendar feature where you can plan out your week by saving videos to complete each day. Incredible Skill Development Tool!
My favorite thing about Aerial Physique is the variety of levels for skills and sequences! Jill makes each video very thorough and even goes as far as to break down the hand and foot positioning in slow motion. I'm able to combine skills with ease and create choreography with it. There are skills that range from very beginner to advanced and she shows progressions so you always feel ready to take the next step. Very helpful
There’s not as many advanced hammock sequences as I would like. However there is still an abundance of knowledge for silks and lots of good beginner hammock poses. The instructors are very helpful. When you’re struggling with something they’re more than happy to help you figure out what is going on. Very friendly and it’s obvious that they love to teach their art.Show lessZenithsRising
