Incredible Skill Development Tool!
Aerial Physique TV is my go to training resource to learn new skills & sequences! Jill makes each video very thorough and even goes as far as to break down the hand and foot positioning in slow motion. I'm able to combine skills with ease and create choreography with it. There are skills that range from very beginner to advanced and she shows progressions so you always feel ready to take the next step. An absolute must for at home training!
APTV is beyond awesome for a so many reasons: Jill is so kind, pleasant, and upbeat. She inspires me, supports me, and makes training fun. APTV has so many skills to master, practice, or try for the first time, there's just no way you ever get bored. PLUS, more is added every month! Training at home can get lonely, but not with APTV. There's a live class once a month where you can gather and exercise with Jill and fellow aerialists. It really makes you feel like part of a community, let alone all the wonderful helpful tips everyone shares with each other. All of this -- and it all being accessible 24/7 — really motivates me, excites me, and helps me feel really good about myself. I'm so honored to get to be a part of it all. I’ve been a member of APTV for a few years and I absolutely love it! There is a wide variety of content that is organized nicely in an easy to use app. I appreciate that I can download videos in the app so I can still view them when I have zero cell service when training outdoors on my rig. I also love that I can favorite videos so I can keep track of new moves I want to try. APTV keeps me inspired each month when new videos get posted! The slow motion breakdowns of all the moves help me learn great technique and I appreciate the clear voiceover explanations from the AP instructors. Amazing resource to complement your aerial practice
APTV has been such a great resource for me as a fledgling aerial student! There are so many times that I would go to a class and learn something new, only to completely forget how to get into it again. Jill does such an amazing job of covering everything from foundational basics, simple combos to advanced skills and sequences. Because the app is organised by ability level, it lets me cover what I can already do, as well as set “aerial goal” moves to motivate myself and my training. I’ve always loved Jill’s ballet-inspired teaching style.
I have also recently started attending the masterclasses which are an hour of focused training on a single technique or skill which has allowed me to understand where my weak spots are and how to strengthen them. Luckily they are timed at a good time of day for me here in the UK too!
APTV is such an amazing add-on to the classes I already attend, it helps a lot to learn the same moves from the perspective of a different teacher - often there’s a little detail or note that helped me understand the pathways a lot more! For me as a student entering intermediate-level aerial silks classes, this is an invaluable resource and absolutely worth the money if you’re committed to progression. Aerial Physique is beautifully presented with in-depth information for the at home aerialist. I'd be lost without these tutorials and I can safely and effectively work and progress at my own speed. I recommend APTV because it is the perfect app to use when I am out training on my rig. I love the download video and favorite a video features in the app. Also I enjoy how all the videos are organized in categories and state the level of difficulty in the video descriptions.
