Utilize our secure audio video platform to meet with a medical provider for a wide array of non-emergent medical conditions. Our Providers can manage: - UTIs - Cough, cold, sore throats - Rashes - Sinus infections - Flu - COVID 19 treatment and guidance - ED concerns - Sexual health issues/ STIs - Minor headaches - General health counseling and labs - And many other concerns AMBIENT CARE SIMPLIFIES ACCESS TO CARE FOR YOU Register and open a consult to see a provider. After a brief triage, you see the provider and discussed symptoms. The provider may guide you through a brief physical exam. A treatment plan is put together for you which may include prescriptions (sent to your local pharmacy), labs, and /or any paperwork needed. Most major insurances are accepted and if you do not have insurance the low-cost visit still makes Ambient Care an accessible option. Access Ambient Care on your time from anywhere! I have gone there and have used this app for a while now. They are so friendly and care about what’s going on with you. I would give 10 stars if I could! The check in to the nurse and seeing the doctor! They are fast and professional!

Glitches

I called Ambient for inquire about covid testing. They said my child has to be see. Through the app. The app does not have the button to “add account” any more. The operator suggested I delete the app, then re-download. I did. The option to add a person to my account still was not available. The “help” link, was no help. Useless.
