Don’t get premium, customer support service is terrible!
premium member since the membership option came out. However recently my account got blocked for posting late, I resolved the issue immediately and followed the instructions they gave to reactivate my account. It’s been 2 weeks now I have attempted to contact support over 7 times now and I am still getting no response from them. This is absolutely unacceptable considering I’m paying for a membership that’s supposed to give me immediate support and assistance. If you’re thinking about getting premium, don’t get it because the customer support won’t help you.

In your case, there were 14 instances where posts were either incomplete or delayed, with some exceeding three months, which understandably raised concerns from the venues involved.
