I have been using RBC App for years and I must say it hasn't been easy, even with the Entrust days. Now, those days are behind us and it is 2024 and the RBC Caribbean App still lacks:
1. real-time postings of all transactions,
2. Instant mobile notification options, for notifying me on a transaction made, instead of me going into the app.
3. The option to stop paper mails for credit card accounts. Why are u mailing me? I have online banking?! Stop wasting paper!!!
The security is good. The interface is good.
Please add those features. Please!!Show lessiCandi-7

This a great app been using this for years but this year I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max and when I log in to my account and trying to see my balance on the app it keep on saying trying to fine a a better connection. I don’t know if it’s my phone or the app please can you look it to itct242

The app is working for the major functionality but it crashes when you try to view the details of an Alert. Additionally, there should be an area where you can view your pending transactions similar to RBL’s app (which also has its caveats, but still - lol). That would greatly improve the service.jamesblunt1

Have been using the full version of this app for a few months now and it has worked well for my purposes. Over recent weeks it has been crashing when I attempt to read the secure messages and alerts.tsmdhm

I ‘ve been using this app from inception it has gotten better over the years,the problem I have currently with the app is I’m unable to see my available balance on my credit card,can you all please do something about that please.

This app is in dire need of an upgrade. The app is very limited to what can be done. Wire transfers, different accounts openings , being able to order new cards. Though it may be functional it’s totally lacking when compared to other mobile banking apps. I am pondering switching bank accounts.Eminnis
