Who pays fees
The app is great but there is one BIG enhancement that should be considered: who pays the wire transfer fees. You should update with the option of 1. sender paying all fees (where fees are added to the wire amount inputted and sender pays more funds) or 2. recipient paying all fees (where fees are deducted from the the wire amount inputted and recipient receives less funds)Show lessDeveloper Response

Lovely app spoiled only by the cumbersome and retrograde two factor identification method. Really? I have to launch this app, attempt to sign in, leave the app, launch another app (which recognizes finger print I.D., memorize an eight digit code then return to this app and enter the code in order to check my account. There must be a better way. This is almost as bad as standing in line at any of your branches. One hour in line for a sixty-second transaction.
Come on RBC, you can do better than this.
And while we are at it, would it be asking too much for this app to facilitate online check deposit?Show lessNotifications

New user, so needed to call in for activation. I am in Barbados and the phone number included in the app for this country was a US number. A visit to the local branch resulted in me getting a local number instead. Please update the app!Developer Response

Best app ever!! I use this for all my banking transactions - bill payments, credit card etc day or night. It’s so much more easier than taking the time to visit a branch. I can keep tabs on my balances via the statements as well. Way to go RBC!!Developer Response

I cannot sign in using the mobile app on this iPad.
I deleted and reinstalled the app and still nothing.
I went through Safari and was able to sign in so there is something wrong with the app.
I was even able to sign in using another device.
Please correct as I was able to sign in before your update.

Love this app for its usefulness...I’ll recommend anyone with an RBC account to download n use....and comes in handy with your everyday banking needs. Keep up the good work and i hope new features n services be probably introduce in the futureDeveloper Response
We’d recommend uninstalling then making sure to install the newest version while multiple versions remain available. -- Patrick
