Auto play video ads with audio on app start. Very annoying and not useful when looking for bus ETA. Other apps like Citymapper are betterchromatic123

Ads make the app unloadable for China users
I don’t mind the ads in so much that they prevent people using China Mobile (mainland China) froom opening the app because the ads network are inaccessible which prevents the app from opening at all.Habakkuk
Inaccurate
everything was fine in the first 2 days. after using more and more, the bus timing for the bus arrival are all messed up to the point i can’t even understand. it first showed 5 mins at a particular bus stop. when i’m walking towards the bus stop, the timer changed from 5mins to 16mins. what does that exactly means? is the app really that inaccurate and don’t know how to calculate properly?Show lessEXTREMEBUTTER422
Needs lots of improvements
App doen’t even open on latest version.
On previous versions, so slow that by the time it opened the buses went by already.
Cross your fingers they don’t call you on the phone when within the app, as when you go back to it, have to start from scratch again.

Stuck at Logo landing page
I used to be able to use this app when I was using an older version of ios. Now every-time when I want to look at the bus schedule, it just stuck at the landing page. After some while, it even shut down the app by itself. Please fix this soon. I really hope that I can use this app again.LittleRaven26
