    My husband and I originally got the 30 Day Posture Makeover DVD. We liked it so much, we’ve purchased several copies over the years to give to people as a present. If you do the postures / exercises, you will notice a big difference!

    I love the information & idea of this app BUT after having it for several years the videos do not work at all anymore. It’s poorly designed & it doesn’t look like the content creator has any intention of addressing the issues with it. Waste of money!
