Patience if key if already in great shape
I've waited about 4 months to write this review to ensure I have a good handle on results. I've tried nearly all the programs except pregnancy and post partum because I'm beyond those stages, but wish I had it when I was.
I was already in great shape. Running, cycling, strength training, am in the army. I'm 5'8 140-146lbs typically. Well starting these programs was a shock to my body. Little muscles were weak I never used, the core connection wasn't strong while doing other exercises. But I can say after months now my entire body is stronger, I can eat almost anything within reason and I can see my lean muscle coming out and showing more and more. My core feels strong, my popping hip syndrome is improving. This feels like a combo of rehab/physical therapy and strength training.
I will say your progress will go faster if you significantly decrease or cut out alcohol for awhile and stick to strict macros. But I can't say enough great things.
One small critique is I would like to see a solid program completely without gym machines for those who must workout at home. Oh also Anna is super responsive, so responsive I'm not sure how she does it. But Anna thank you!🙏🏻Show lessReal work, real results, no bull, no INJURIES!!
This program is HARD WORK, but you will get what you give! Anna takes you through intuitive, intelligent movements that compliment each other and build upon the previous movement so that you are warming up and working effectively. All of her skill means you are less likely to get injured and more likely to see the results you are hoping for!! Highly recommend for any mom, at any stage of motherhood! 🙏🏼 I LOVE that Anna includes educational videos about how the body functions. She breaks down the importance of breath work, alignment, deep core & pelvic floor connection, etc. This has absolutely transformative for me - especially during my first pregnancy! 🙌🏼 Literally within days of starting the Deep Core Pregnancy Program, I felt a huge difference in the way I felt “at home” in my body. I experienced a sense of strength & safety within myself that I had been disconnected from for years.
