I would not subscribe solely based on how they treat their actual customer. I never got to use the app due to medical reasons durong pregnancy, and i totally forgot to unsubscribe. I final’y unsubscribed the DAYOF the renewal (day one of 365) and they refused completely tu issue a refund even if it was the first day of the whole year of subscription, which i wont be using. I understand I have my share of responsability and should have remembered to unsuscribe sooner, but this is where good customer service offer flexibility and they obviously don’t.
