I signed up to the Studio Bloom trial without much expectations, thinking it might just be another fairly boring prenatal training app but I have learned so much about my pelvic floor since signing up. I actually have done pelvic floor courses previously but none have explained it as well as Studio Bloom. The 1:1 coaching is a huge plus as well. Invest in your pelvic floor and protect it during exercise by learning how to do the connection breath etc. properly. Highly recommended.
