Couldn’t love it more
I started using their app at 8 weeks postpartum for strength training. Their workouts a manageable yet challenging and can be done in about 20 minutes which, as a mom, is fantastic. I love their strength training and that you can listen to your own music while doing them. What sets this apart, in my opinion, from other pregnancy/postpartum workout programs is that they have a whole 12 week program devoted to safely getting you back into running postpartum. Their return to running program was honestly life changing for me. It reignited my love for running and did it in a way where I didn’t feel overwhelmed and most importantly didn’t get any type of injury. I continued on to their running workouts that come after the 12 week program and they’re just as great. I just finished my first half marathon 10 months postpartum thanks to the foundation of strength training I built postpartum with them and then guiding me safely to return to running. I’m done having kids but I don’t see a reason to use any other app for workouts moving forward because they have everything you could need.Show lessBest Pregnancy/Postpartum Workouts!
I’ve made my way through almost the entire expecting and empowered app at this point and can confidently say I love almost everything about it. After the birth of my second, I started in on and completed the full realm of postpartum workouts, from early to advanced, the core workouts, and the return to running program. My son had just turned two in May when I finished up working through these and I can so confidently say my strength, my confidence, my balance, and my overall happiness and wellness was increased as a direct result of working through these programs! I also lost over 50 pounds and felt so, so good in my postpartum body! The only thing I haven’t worked through yet is the pregnancy guides, but stay tuned- after we found out about our third coming in May, I jumped right in and am almost done with the first tri workouts. I LOVE this app and all of the programs within it! There’s so, so many options to get safe, effective movement for both pregnancy and postpartum. I’ve used the postpartum program to completely revamp my body post two kids, and gosh, I’m feeling SO STRONG and so balanced. Do yourself a favor and invest in this, and then follow them on Instagram for all of their amazing mommin’ content and PT content they give away for free. I’ve followed this program as it’s grown from downloadable paper copies of their programs and this app is the absolute best thing. The variety within it has something for everyone as well! I just started working through their return to running program, and I’m feeling stronger than I ever have, both mentally and physically, a lot in part due to the help of Amy and Krystle’s programming.
