After not having a baby for 11 years, I felt like I was lost in what to eat and what not to eat during my second pregnancy. Early on, I found myself googling everything and being so confused with multiple different answers to the same questions. I found Ryann through a reel on instagram and knew I needed access to what she was sharing. I loved having the app at my finger tips, even when I could tolerate coffee again and was in the line at Starbucks! I feel like I have learned so much not only to help me with prenatal nutrition but nutrition in general. In a couple of weeks, I’ll be giving birth to my baby girl having avoided gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, and excessive weight gain.
