I’ve subscribed to Every Mother for multiple years and have used it on and off. First, I’ll say that I have learned a lot, and in the times I was more consistent with the workouts, I definitely saw results. Particularly, when I was going through a period of seeing a physical therapist for overactive pelvic floor, I found the program for this on Every Mother really helpful. However… I always have found the workouts to be repetitive and monotonous. I’ve done home/app/video workouts for my entire adult life, and I’d say this is one of the more boring systems I’ve used. Additionally, the way that the workouts are organized in the app, it’s really hard to find specific workouts if you don’t have the time to put in to follow a full plan (20-40 minutes a day, every day). I often prefer to do standalone workouts that fit with the time I have available, but the user interface makes it difficult to find what I’m looking for.
Overall, a great app if you can stay motivated to use it. Personally, I’ve moved to other programs that are more interesting and motivating.
