Loved it - minor improvement suggested
But now baby is here… I’m not quite ready to go back to traditional yoga.
It would be great if the prenatal app could be expanded to include some sessions for easing back into fitness and postpartum recovery.
I realise I could probably do Trimester 1 lessons or slow on the regular app, but with a newborn, I don’t want to have to think and play around. It’d be very handy to have it there and ready to go.
Anyway, just a suggestion!
