Great quick yoga app!
I don’t usually have time to do full yoga sessions so this 5-minute yoga app is great! I also love the relaxing music and the different difficulty levels.Learning to stretch
As a 37-year-old mom of two, and a full-time employee, time is a myth!! Somehow, somewhere over the years I have become NOT very flexible anymore! I found this app which has been perfect to fit in with my routines in the morning!! Even though to everyone else, it seems easy… it has just the right push for me and my stage of learning!!!! I recommend it to everyone who is wanting to get their movement back!!Show lessSharon
The beginners is great, I’ve never done yoga before and I already feel more flexible and my back isn’t as sore only after the 5 day session.
