  • Great quick yoga app!

    I don’t usually have time to do full yoga sessions so this 5-minute yoga app is great! I also love the relaxing music and the different difficulty levels.
  • Learning to stretch

    As a 37-year-old mom of two, and a full-time employee, time is a myth!! Somehow, somewhere over the years I have become NOT very flexible anymore! I found this app which has been perfect to fit in with my routines in the morning!! Even though to everyone else, it seems easy… it has just the right push for me and my stage of learning!!!! I recommend it to everyone who is wanting to get their movement back!!

    The beginners is great, I’ve never done yoga before and I already feel more flexible and my back isn’t as sore only after the 5 day session.

    Had a small amount of practice prior however this app walked me through the poses I need to stretch and relax after a run. Love the music too! *****
  • Very useful for busy people!

    I struggle with fitting in exercise but this app breaks into 5 minute chunks - great for people who struggle to schedule activity into their day. I genuinely feel better in the morning having done even 5 minutes.
  • Short and simple

    With this app I’ve finally found something that motivates me to practice yoga every day. I find longer classes daunting, but the small sessions here are very manageable. Some days I’m motivated to do more than one session! I really like the calm, clean design.
  • A great alternative

    I am unable to practice with the group at my local studio due to work changes. I’ve missed a guided practice and found this app. I’m only just getting started again so doing the 5 minute practice sessions each morning. So far, so good! I like that I can stop the session to make sure I am in the correct position and resume the timer to hold the pose. I know it will become easier for me as I remember the poses and can transition without pausing the app. Thanks for making this available!

    I love this app. Great price and great sequencing. I love the different types it gives from hard to slow 😃
  • The only exercise I am able to stick with

    I hate exercising yet I understand I need to. This awesome app leaves no excuses even for couch potatoes like myself. It’s only 5 min yet you feel like you did something for your body.
    I enjoy doing these short workouts. They have all kind of levels and types, such as to wind down or to get more energy.
    I would recommend this up to anyone who is not into working out like myself.

    Who can refuse to put aside 5 mins for yoga?! Quick, simple, varied routines that I can’t find an excuse not to do… my 2 year old even does them with me! Thank you so much, hoping this will be the start of a lifelong commitment to yoga!
