  • Love this app!

    This app is the only reason I actually exercise everyday! The 5-minute sessions are a genius idea - long enough to get you moving but short enough that you can fit it in easily everyday! I love that it tracks your progress and it’s simple and easy to use. There’s enough variety and challenge to keep you learning and growing but there’s also super easy options for beginners.

    Doing yoga daily keeps me flexible and trains my balance. If I want to relax, there is a section for that as well.

    I have gotten this app because I wanted to relax and get more flexible, I have had it for about a year and it’s great, my flexible is better as well as my form. I get the yearly subscription so I don’t have to pay so often. This app is good because it has different challenges or just meditation for whoever wants to use them.

    Je n’ai jamais fait de yoga mais 5 minutes par jour avec un niveau de difficulté ajustable - c’est bien et réaliste. 14 jours d’affilée à date et je compte continuer car j’ai besoin d’être plus flexible. Je recommande!
