  • Better sleep and back

    I’m almost 40. Run every day, but have been having back pain and terrible sleep. I do this all every morning and right before bed and it has been so good. I haven’t missed a day since starting. It wakes me up in the morning and it winds me down at night. I love that no one is talking during it, just the poses. And the music. Love the music.

  • Liked the old version better

    I wrote a five star review for the earlier version of this app, which was just right for me (hold each pose for 50 seconds- just 5 poses). But the big update presents a smooth fast routine of many more poses. It gives pacing options but even the slowest option is way too fast for me. I am sure many people asked for this, but I don’t care for it, and wish I had never updated the app. I would prefer half the number of poses, (not repeating the poses in a given day would help) held for longer. Or at least a way (besides the pause button) to increase the time significantly more. I am still using it for now, and it’s still good, clean user experience. I just preferred the old approach.
    UPDATE: I have stopped using this app. In fact, I created a set of actual paper cards containing about 30 different poses. Using the timer on my phone and a random selection of the cards I have re-created the older version of this app. LOL

  • Great app, but not for beginners

    I had a few yoga lessons over the years, so I am not a total newbie…but I still need guidance on the poses. The app lacks voice guidance, so every time you need to stop and read.
    I enjoyed very much the first 5 days, but on day 6 I did’t know how to do a pose properly. This is why I am not renewing my subscription at the moment. But I will definitely come back in the near future, as I love the concept to do it in less than 8 minutes (Changed settings to slower pace making it slightly longer). I still love the app and it is super affordable, this is why I am happy to give a 5 star review.

  • Perfection

    Never managed to get into Yoga before after many good intentioned starts over the years. This app is so simple yet adaptable I have fond it easy to stick with it. Being able to turn the annoying mood music off but leave the voice instructions on is great. Also the option to pause or move through the prompts manually to give yourself time to settle into the positions is very helpful. I highly recommend this app to anyone.

  • Overall Well Built App

    Easy 5 minute yoga sessions that helps with stress relief, stretching, and strengthening for the busy person who’s always on the go. The sessions aren’t always 5 minutes but darn close to where you definitely can find 5-7 minutes in your day to do. The poses are explained for postoperative positioning and you can pause the workout to read which I love. Great for beginners. Would recommend.

  • Keep coming back to this app

    I’ve tried several apps that are exclusively or include yoga. This is the best app for me to actually DO it! The ideal of 5 minutes is motivating. I liked the app before the update because it only had 5 poses and gave you a minute to get get in the pose and hold it. The update is quite impressive because of the vocal prompts, music, and timer. BUT for beginners, or older folks like myself, it takes me 10 seconds to get into the pose, and then the timer is moving on to the next pose ! It says if you struggle with the timing of it, to pause it; but it just moves way too fast for me. I had to pause almost every pose. Then I didn’t have the timer to tell me how long to hold it. Could you decrease the number of poses for each session to give us more time to get into the pose and perfect it?!

  • Wonderful little yoga app!

    This is a wonderful little yoga app for a quick five minute yoga fixes. It’s great to use first thing in the morning throughout the day and even in the evening to get that refreshing relaxed feeling many experience from doing yoga Asana‘s.🙏💜 this app has been updated since I wrote the above. The updated version is amazing. It’s so exciting to see they really care about those who use this app. The updated version of this app offers five minute flow yoga. It’s really great!

    As a 55 year old long distance truck driver looking for some kind of existence away from work,I’ve always enjoyed bush walking,an injury put me out of action for 18 months,now that I’m able to enjoy my hobbies again I need some work on my physic,day one done,harder than I thought,looking forward to gaining some life again,cheers Wayne

  • Love this app!

    This is a fantastic way to take little yoga breaks during the day. I can’t always commit to a 1/2 hour or more session, but these 5 minute sessions are perfect! If you feel like doing more you can do that in 5 minute segments
