  • Love the yoga app!

Love this app! Quick yoga poses at the level that works best for you. I also like that the bell dings once to let you know to move onto the next pose. Very zen with no noise other than the quick ding to tell you to move onto the next pose. Thanks for making yoga so accessible.
  • Love it so far

All of the moves are doable; I feel like I’m getting a great stretch. Some moves are a bit more challenging, but it gives something to works towards. I love that each session is only 5 minutes. Even if it’s very hard, anyone can do 5 minutes
  • Amazing 👌

This app teaches you to do a few yoga moves each day, putting on a 40 second timer for you to hold each one while it is timing. I would fully recommend it, and it child friendly, because you don’t have to do it in one go.
  • Can do everyday

I use this app for stretching along with a Pilate app. Quick easy portable simple moves. I like I can do on vacation or traveling for work no equipment needed. I do these each morning for quite easy stretching wake up. I feel so much more flexible and notice I can easily hold poses longer than when started. Great app have on all devices iPad & i phones.. no excuses not to do each day easy and gentle moves

  • Wow.

Just enough to start the day. No excuse not to give myself five minutes to feel the stretch and begin getting myself back into shape. I have no time for classes, but I need a way to move. When I feel like I have more time, I can repeat the day before... good and easy instructions. A moving model of the pose would be nice....

  • Simple and easy to fit in

I’m finding this is a great way to begin my day and I always have 5 minutes so there’s no excuses. I wouldn’t recommend this app for those with little to no yoga experience however, I’m no veteran Yogi either and my moderate amount of experience seems adequate to use the app for some practice of what I already know.

  • Yoga friend

Thank you I was able to make a start on yoga with your living care. I’ve been unwell and am way in need of exercise ...much appreciated
  • Awesome!

Clear instructions. Gives you time to get ready. An automatic time in between exercises would be good so that you don’t have to tap start each time.
  • Yoga

This app is amazing highly recommend it as I injured my wrist and had been searching for a low impact yoga session that I could keep up with my yoga but also be able to go at my own pace with my injury and I found this app which suits me perfectly...very grateful
  • I came back to change this from 5 to 3 stars

You can only access two five-minute workouts, and the second one is only available if you leave a review. To get the third, you need to pay 99p, and that’s ALL you get - the third day. If you want more it costs substantially more. Given that it’s hard to judge the quality of an app after only one use, I suspect most people default to giving it five stars to allow them to continue to day two, hence the high rating. If you don’t pay, you then go back to day one, and a two-workout app isn’t much use to me. On the bright side there’s no need to register or create a profile (thank goodness) but note that if you don’t want to pay, all you’re getting are ten positions - eight really if you discount the same position to left and right - over two days with only a text description, a picture, and a timer. You could get hundreds more from google and just use your stopwatch, all for free.
