  • This program helped me exercise again after years

    This program is great. 5 minutes is do-able for me. Most often I’ll do more than 5 minutes because starting is the hardest part! I now feel proud of myself, I can feel myself getting fitter and stronger and I’ve even begun looking forward to my sessions. I highly encourage those who haven’t exercised in ages to start right here.

  • Great for beginners!!

    This app is amazing if you want to do yoga but don’t have the time for 20 minutes of yoga. The beginner program is really good for people who have never done yoga.
    I would make the some more of the daily ones free tho. Overall, a great app!!🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

    This app is so simple and very good at teaching. The music is nice and the ladies voice soothing. I’m loving this experience and motivated to do it each day
  • Great app, don’t like new voice

    I’ve been using this app for about 6 months and I love it. That said, I’m subtracting a star because the voice that tells you when to transition into the next positions changed recently and I really dislike the new voice. It sounds very AI. I don’t want Siri or Alexa to be my yoga instructor lol. I would like to be able to choose the old voice even if that means forgoing the new feature where it gives you additional guidance for each pose.

  • Perfect Blend of Refreshing & Routine

    I have been using this app for a year now, and the one-time fee for unlimited use is a bargain. When I downloaded it, I was looking for a way to incorporate routine fitness into my non-routine daily life. I love that 5 minute yoga mixes it up, so the practice is not redundant. Because it is only five minutes, it is as easy and routine as brushing my teeth to fit in to my schedule. I typically leave their pleasant soundtrack running and add another 5+ minutes of strengthening exercises at the end. You can also repeat the daily exercise if you want 10 or more minutes of practice. Love it’s versatility!!!

  • So Simple

    Just what I was looking for. A simple, short, basic practice for a complete novice whose body is more plump than preferred and also aging and stiffening. I did about 5 days consecutively (day 1 for 1 week) and then of course promptly fell off the second week. Started again about 1 week and a half later and it was so easy to resume. My body retained even just that minimal flexibility; I was pleasantly surprised. I dreaded started again, thinking my body would resist. Nope! Proof a little movement goes a long way.

    The music is a little meh for me. More variety, and options would be a nice update. Right now only option is to listen or turn sound off completely. Otherwise, 5 stars! Thank you!!

  • 5 minute yoga reveiw.

    This is an outstanding app that is a fantastic way to incorporate Yoga into your every day life. The sessions are broken up into five minutes each with many repeated moves to help develop mastery. For a sense of accomplishment and goals, it's helpful to see how the levels improve and progress over time. The level of difficulty also increases as you go up in level. For people who are having a difficult time incorporating yoga into your every day life this is the perfect way for wonderful integration.

    This app has been life changing for me. I highly recommend this app for anyone who sits at a desk all day or has serious back issues like I do. Check with your chiropractor of course if the routine works for your condition. For me the daily routine has already started to decrease the pain I feel and I’ve only been using the app since June 9th 2023. If you’ve been thinking about getting it, stop thinking about it and just do it!!

  • Love this App

    This app has awaken me in more than just my physical health but also my spiritual health. Being overweight, I needed a low intensity exercise, something I can do all year round. This beginners guide has done that and so much more. Even though some moves are difficult to maintain love the fact I can look up different ways to do them. And now with the update I get to do other moves and continue challenging myself to do better. 10 stars! A must if you’re just trying out something new… and you can make it to different paces for yourself. Love this app!!!!
