    It was wonderful. I truly needed it, especially if you’re sitting, when you’re working, it’s important for you to stretch. I felt fantastic and I think I will definitely continue doing the daily exercises. thank you👍😊

    It’s helpful to have a consistent practice in a busy world. I can take 5 minutes and feel better for it. Poses are explained clearly and the timer is a plant sound. I appreciate that the fee is very reasonable. Thank you.

    This App is very helpful just if the time of holding the pose maybe just put it down to 20 seconds

    This app helped me so much with flexibility and being able to relax at the end of the day. I highly recommend it because it helps get you in a routine! It’s only five minutes, and you only do at least six stretches a day! You don’t have to pay for it, but you can if you want deluxe. Hope this helped!

  • Simple and great for beginners!

    This is a simple, user friendly app that as a beginner, I’m very happy with, and as I move on, seems to be very good. The descriptions and pictures are large enough, and you can go at your pace learning all the positions first by not using the timer.
  • Love this as part of my morning routine

    The app gives great instructions. It just gets me moving for 5 minutes (hope to get longer but it’s a start- right?) daily and sets the tone for my day. Even the 5 minutes helps me destress.

    I really like this app as I always have 5 minutes but not necessarily 30 minutes to do a full work out. I have only started doing the app but will be interested to see how my flexibility improves. So far, so good with the achievable exercise time frame and clear, easy to understand instructions.

    I’m only 4 days in but I am loving this Yoga app! I paid for the subscription and the fact that I have access to over 300+ yoga routines is fantastic. I love the fact that it’s only 5 minutes. I do the day’s routine in the morning before breakfast and again after work in the evening. It really helps especially if your sitting for most of the day.
