  • This is amazing

    Now I have tried many yoga apps before and none of them were as perfect as this one is. Trust me you are going to feel everything afterwards lol but it’s worth it. Keep up the good work devs!
  • Short and strengthening

    Would love verbal cues and tips for each pose as I prepare and hold. Apart from that, brilliant! 5 minutes makes all possible - better an effective 5 minutes than nothing at all because “I don’t have time.” I do relaxing whole-body stretches first, which adds a little time, but it’s so doable on busy days when a longer class is daunting. Feels good after too.

  • Excellent app

    I tried this app because I find yoga really beneficial but don’t have a lot of time. This app is amazing as I can do five minutes every day and have already seen an improvement in my core strength and ability. Would thoroughly recommend it.
  • AMAZING APP!

    I am seriously addicted to this app. Over the last few years have really neglected my own fitness with the excuse that “it is too hard to exercise with my children around”. Since downloading the app, I have been able to do this every day for the last week with a 3 & 5 year old (while in COVID lockdown!) My 3 year old often joins in. Thanks guys, great work! 🙌🏼❤️

    I think if the model had boobs- it would be a little easier to tell the direction the figure is facing but I think I am figuring it out. Some of these exercises seem too hard for a beginner like me but I am enjoying the challenge for what I can do.
  • First day of Yoga ever

    I’m 60 and wanted to try Yoga forever, I viewed several sights, shows and apps but never felt like any of them were for me then I came by your 5 minute Yoga and it intrigued me enough to try it. After I finished day one which was a bit rough for my stiff body I was tempted to go to day 2 because it was so short, but I’m going to follow the program. I can tell even at this early stage that this is the one. I will post more as I progress. Thank you for helping me do what I’ve wanted to do for at least 40 yrs but didn’t.

  • I definitely recommend this app

    I loved all the stretches and this is my first yoga session
  • 5 minutes of yoga sets up my day

    This app is so easy and simple to use each day and because just 5 mins it feels more doable. Also the 5 mins is at my own pace. And once I’m in it when the time comes to an end, just 5 poses, I sometimes continue for another 5. Because it is slow and you are with your own experience of the pose, no one is talking me through it, it’s also a great mindfulness practice as I connect with how my body feels and my breathing. I started out waiting for the bell ending the movement but now when I hear it I let myself stay feeling more into the pose and appreciating how strong I feel. While it is only 5 poses of about 30-40secs each I really think this is increasing strength in my torso. But psychologically it feels that way. And that’s important too right!😊🙏

    this app is very easy because when I'm at work I can do it and my kids are actually twin but they're 45 so it's very easy for me to do because it's ages four and up and I just got done doing day one and day two because I my boss said to do it on because she wanted me to do it like my honey signed me up for yoga and on my yoga teacher actually made me like get this app so I really love it because it's very easy my kids can do it too I really love making him do stuff with me like no you guys to make it so easy like like you can go to work and you can literally go into work do this for two hours or so and get it done so it's very very high requested I really cost you guys to do this app because it's very easy and I can get it on with my phone five years old they're twins but they were going to the same day but their condition is very rarely to have with twins and a boy and girl
