  • Fantastic app

    This app provides quick yoga sessions that I use throughout the day if I’m stuck at the desk for work or need a mental reset. It’s perfect and I have recommended it to many friends and co-workers. It provides a short mindful practice and is great for my mental health. Frustrated after a conference call? Use this for a quick reset. Kids making you pull your hair out? Get them to join you and do a short practice to settle them and refresh your energy. Lacking energy? This is great for revitalizing you.

  • Easy and achievable

    Offering 5 mins a day means this is something I actually stick to. Of course I can extend that but usually it is just perfect for the time I have when I am up and getting ready for work every morning, equally perfect for a little down time before bed to help me sleep. Perfect
  • It’s a big recommend!

    It’s kinda good and useful, it helps a lot and it’s really easy to use or understand. I rate it a 4 star, since it was a bit laggy at first but I started always opening this app till it gets better.
    I literally lost all the fatness I had. I’m not insecure anymore a big thanks for creating this app, I don’t really care if I’m late or not, but thank you again :)

  • Quick, easy, effective stretches

    This app is quality. Doesn’t waste your time with elaborate or long routines and programs. Just provides quick to the point 5min stretches, which are very effective. This app will be the reason I successfully establish my daily stretching practice. Thank you!
  • Fantastic App!

    So happy to have found 5 minute yoga. I have been sedentary for almost a year due to covid and a rare virus of the spinal cord. I needed something to get me back on track and this was perfect. I look forward to this every day!

    Staying in great health with Enlightened Eating, gym, stretching & one hour walk abouts but after research on “Quality of Life” I realized that that Yoga is indeed a supreme quality of life force and have made it my intention to start practicing yoga. And by being on the right frequency I came upon this course. So far it is fabulous. Thanks for making this available. 99

    As a 57 year old woman who has beat breast cancer twice, I needed to “feel good” about myself again. Due to Covid 19, my community based yoga class was suspended. I just purchased this app and completed Day 1!

  • So quick and easy

    A brilliant little app. Whenever you’ve been sat at your desk or on the sofa for too long, it’s so easy to whip this app out and do some yoga for five minutes. Anywhere, anytime. Always makes you feel better! And it is hard to stop at just five minutes...

    This app is amazing there’s no ads you can do A lot of new exercises that you never done before and you can do it every day and it loosens you up at the beginning or the end of your day it’s also so fun and it pushes you to the limit it is also a good app for grown-ups and young adults. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍
