  • Great for starting a new daily routine

    I’ve been working really hard on being present in my body and learning how to cope with my negative emotions in healthy ways- like yoga. Implementing a new routine can be really tough but I was able to dedicate five minutes in each day to these poses. Thankfully, I’m noticing a really positive difference. It helps me feel so much better in so many different ways. Just five minutes. It feels impossible to get motivated at first, If you’re like me, but when you’re done it feels really good. Promise!

  • Very tight, this really helps

    I have tried starting yoga before, but it is always too difficult. I spend a lot of time in the weight room and the older I get the less I can lift because of, obviously age, but also because of lack of flexibility. This app has started me slow with stretches I struggle through but don’t demoralize me. I will get better.

  • Good intro

    This app isn’t magic - you aren’t going to get a yoga bod from it in five minutes - but it will help either introduce or reintroduce you to yoga. I’ve used it several times when trying to restart my practice and ease my body back into yoga. Good description of poses but isn’t going to teach you about flow. Try the free trial and see if it’s for you!

  • I love it (first time doing yoga)

    I love that you can use the app without paying, And to be honest I like it so much that I’m starting to think about purchasing the premium, very well explained and easy to work with, it’s just your best choice if you’re trying to get into yoga or even if you’re just bored and want to try something new (that’s how I got into it), give it a go you will definitely like it.

  • Simple and straightforward but needs refinements

    I do like the premise of this app. It gives word instructions for quick yoga sessions.

    The reminder feature seems to be broken, though. On the reminder screen the fields to select the time of reminder are unusable. I hope they will fix this useful feature!
  • 1st day.

    I’m 52 yrs, a wife,mom,&grandmother. My husband and I had an automobile accident 2016 I’ve had to go to programs : where I had to go to the gym; pool; be poked & prodded all because of the accident. I did all of the programs up until Xmas 2019. & When we had the accident I had been working for a company for 11 years straight and pretty much stayed the same weight but since 2016 I wasn’t able to move like I did b4 the accident & I went from 146lbs to 200.4 lbs is what I weight now. I’m sure u didn’t want my life story but I needed for u 2 know where I am right now in life & I started ur yoga program, I was looking the other day on how to lose weight and I seen ur yoga & added it 2 my phone & today it popped up & said push the Start Button. So here is my feedback on ur yoga program.& I feel like I’m going to be doing yoga again today but I will be doing it for sure tomorrow. I really liked trying to get into the possese. I’m not as limber as I once was but, I’m going to keep on working out my muscles, I hope this helped u to understand how much I am going to work

  • Getting back

    This is good for someone who does not have enough time in the day to get things done. I enjoyed yoga but did not have time time to even do a 40 minute routine so I stopped for a very long time. This is perfect to get back into yoga again. I love it holding these poses. My blood is still pumping from this short workout.

  • This program is awesome!

    I’m obese ( it’s hard to write that) and at the moment, can’t do much exercise. Because this is yoga and it only goes for 5 minutes I can get it done.
  • Age ain’t nothing but a number !!

    OMG! At 55 years old I had lost hope in getting back my Elizabeth Taylor body ....it’s been 2 weeks of daily exercise and I’m getting many compliments and I’ve just begun ....phenomenal moves ; easy and clear instructions....will update you again in 2 months I feel success. Do it ! Give yourself a chance 💕

  • 5 Min Yoga

    These 5 minute yoga sessions have been great for decreasing my hip and back pain when I sleep and throughout the day. I have not done a lot of yoga lately because it is hard to find the time for longer sessions, but I know I can fit in the five minute workout. Will definitely recommend it. Good for all levels, from beginner on up, for a quick yoga session.
