  • Got 5 minutes?

A convenient and user-friendly app to get you moving. Just 5 minutes a day and you can improve your flexibility and strength.
  • Why have I procrastinated so long?

Well that was easy! Stop putting yoga off. Jump in. This app makes it incredibly simple for beginners to learn, and easy for busy people to grab a 5-min session. Just click on the app - do it for you!! What are you waiting for?
  • Parole

Si l’application parlait :info sur la position, encouragement, délai restant ceci serai un plus très agréable.
  • Great yoga beginner app

It has been awhile since I have practiced and am older now. The ease of following the moves is great. The timer for holding the pose makes it easy to concentrate on your breathing and correct position. I am so glad I found this app to get me back into my yoga state of mind!
  • Keeping it simple

I love the simple, clear approach. A few we’ll chosen poses, clearly demonstrated and explained in text, no barrier to getting started. Who can’t fit 5 minutes into their schedule? The timer is very well done, giving you a moment to get into the pose before it starts
  • Perfect for quick yoga practice

I currently attend a yoga studio and was looking for an app that could help practice outside the studio and this is perfect for me. Quick sessions that I can do easily at work. And I get to have my music - that’s just a bonus. This will help improve my muscle memory for holding poses.
  • App is simple and easy to use

So far this app is really simple and easy to use. I am recovering from an injury and trying to regain my strength. 5 min a day is doable and it was a very good price to unlock the features. It was great having one price to unlock instead of a subscription.
  • Great daily yoga

I really enjoy this programme as it is short, easy to fit in with a busy schedule and provides great poses. The poses do not increase in difficulty, but throw you right in at the deep end so I would suggest that a novice to yoga would find it quite difficult. However, as someone with a good basic knowledge of yoga, I am really enjoying it and would recommend. In fact I am going to do this app through the summer holidays with the children. The app gives you a couple of days free before suggesting an upgrade to premium and I think that this is a great way to try it. You don’t have to sign up money wise immediately to try the app, so you can get a couple of days in before you make a decision to buy which is really helpful.

  • Review of 5minute yoga

It’s only been day 1 so my experience of the app is limited. That being said I certainly felt the stretch which confirmed the reason I needed it. I am very stiff so I had to adapt the last exercise of day 1. I’m looking forward to continuing with this.
Day 2 was ok but I could only do the plank for a few seconds.

  • Good (re)start❣️

I’m trying to get my yoga legs back… literally and figuratively! This is my way to ease back into the poses but it’s also necessary as I’m getting to the point where I can feel my body locking up after being away from yoga for so long.

Now that I’ve downloaded this app though - even when I get back to my regular classes… I could see myself using this to start my day. I have to say it makes a big difference in how I move about the world
    :-)
