  • User friendly

    The 5 minutes was broken up into several poses to be held for 40 seconds each. There are written directions and a drawing to follow. You, the user, push the button to start each pose, so there is plenty of time to get into position or to rest from the previous position.

    It is May 2020. As one of those incarcerated at home fearing the dread coronavirus, there is a sense of living through a grim piece of history.
    I’m 64, and I venture out rarely.
    My best intentions to exercise have come to nought.
    I’m sure I’m lazier than most, as I have not been doing any exercise. Oh, the shame of it.
    As I gaze out of my living room window, I see tribes of corona joggers skipping by.
    What to do?
    I found this app and thought it seemed like the ideal place to start to remedy my lethargy. Only five minutes, right?
    I’ve only done my first session of yoga and I already feel invigorated - and slightly smug.
    What was the experience like? Well, the indicators are promising! It didn’t hurt at all. It was mercifully brief. There were no witnesses. The world continues to turn. There is a gentle suggestion of having done « something « in my ankles and hips. I feel a tiny sense of achievement. Maybe I’m on to something...

  • Great-wish there was a voice over..

    I love the five minute sessions! Just what I need in the little breaks I take during my office day. I just wish the set up was not written but rather voiced over so I could press play, put the phone down and just listen to the instructions for getting into position.

    I love this app. It’s perfect for starting somewhere with focus and stretching. 1 yoga pose is 1 min and there are 5 poses daily. You can pay 7.00 a year and add music to your stretch, totally worth it to put some zen in the background.

    This app is pretty good it’s free and it helps with physical and mental health although I think there should be a few more lessons in the day. This app is very helpful and unlike the other apps u don’t need to subscribe or have a monthly payment I would recommend this app if u r like me and u done want to pay or u wanna do yoga for mental health and fitness

  • Great Little App

    I have been using this app for a little while and I am finding that this is an ideal way to get a few stretches done each day in a controlled way. The instructions for each exercise are clear and easy to follow. Would highly recommend.
  • Perfect self care timeout

    I have been using this app during my mandatory work from home order during the 2020 pandemic. I have my phone alarm set for mid morning to remind me to take a break from the work stress. It is the perfect app to use for self care during a very stressful time.
  • Easy and Makes a difference

    I really like this app for its simplicity and effectiveness. The directions are clear and I am able to do most of the poses (I am age 55). I just adjust the few that are more challenging for me. It literally takes five minutes. I can tell that it makes a difference as I am able to stretch a little more and if I forget to do it for a few days I start to feel it. Thank you for the great app!!

    This app has helped me has iv never tried yoga and I’m losing weight and have low ability so was cautious about going into a class alone
    Iv tried this app on my own at my own pace and iv done it for couple of weeks iv enjoyed it and seen in 2weeks how much more flexible and supple I am feeling much better with anxiety too and now I’m upgrading I love it 🧘🏼so my advise is try this see if you like before committing to a class or buying a app ...

  • Easy and Effective stretches

    First time doing it and can feel the impact already. My body feels well stretched after a month of not being able to exercise. Will also recommend to busy entrepreneur who want to integrate work-life balance.
