I was hesitant about trying this app since I’ve been working out for years and thought my workouts were good. But this app has been AMAZING. It’s taken away any guess work and I love how I don’t have to think, I just follow along and it’s all right there on my phone. And because Michaela uploads new programming every month I don’t get bored!! There’s a home and gym option which is great for people like me who don’t have a gym membership and I love the preview aspect so I know just what exercises to expect! The app even allows you to track weights, reps, and RPE which can be super helpful in terms of monitoring progress and even being more aware of your body changes. Highly recommend for anyone regardless if you’re just getting started or have been lifting for years 🫶🏼Show lessAmazing app regardless of experience!
Love this app! It’s easy to follow videos and instructions make weight training much less intimidating. I’ve been weight training for a while but the options are really inclusive no matter where you land on experience. There are options regardless of where I’m working out and what equipment I have available during any given workout which is really helpful. I also really love being able to see what my prior history is when deciding whether it’s time for me to ramp up.Show lessLove this app!
This has been hands-down my favorite workout tool ever! The programming is excellent, it takes all the guess work out, and I’ve seen great results! It also feels sustainable and it fits easily into my lifestyle as a mom of three boys!
