I was hesitant about trying this app since I’ve been working out for years and thought my workouts were good. But this app has been AMAZING. It’s taken away any guess work and I love how I don’t have to think, I just follow along and it’s all right there on my phone. And because Michaela uploads new programming every month I don’t get bored!! There’s a home and gym option which is great for people like me who don’t have a gym membership and I love the preview aspect so I know just what exercises to expect! The app even allows you to track weights, reps, and RPE which can be super helpful in terms of monitoring progress and even being more aware of your body changes. Highly recommend for anyone regardless if you’re just getting started or have been lifting for years 🫶🏼

Amazing app regardless of experience!
Love this app! It’s easy to follow videos and instructions make weight training much less intimidating. I’ve been weight training for a while but the options are really inclusive no matter where you land on experience. There are options regardless of where I’m working out and what equipment I have available during any given workout which is really helpful. I also really love being able to see what my prior history is when deciding whether it’s time for me to ramp up.

Love this app!
This has been hands-down my favorite workout tool ever! The programming is excellent, it takes all the guess work out, and I’ve seen great results! It also feels sustainable and it fits easily into my lifestyle as a mom of three boys!
Great for at home or the gym!
Loving this programming! Nothing too complicated and if you stick to it you will definitely see progress. She also does nutrition challenges. She is also consistently taking feedback to update the app. Highly recommend 😊
Best workout app out there
I’ve been using Michaela’s workouts since before she launched her own app! I love the ease of just walking into the gym with the workout already in place. My consistency with the gym has skyrocketed since using the mbody app because the updated monthly program keeps me engaged! Couldn’t recommend it more.

The PERFECT Program
Michaela really know a woman’s body and programs the PERFECT work outs each month! Two upper body days, two lower body days, and an optional circuit day. Both gym and home options. The app/Facebook group creates an amazing community that holds you accountable which is what I needed most! App is easy to use and I can’t recommend it enough. Two years in and going strong.💪🏼

This app has been a life savor!!! I love the variety of exercises there are, the videos, and the ability to track. This app has everything you would want!!! I can’t say enough good things about it!

This app is very user friendly and easy to follow along with. There is a home version and gym version of each workout plus some add ons like core and warm ups. I love it so so much and it has really helped transform my body!

Without a doubt this has been the best program I have done. I have always struggled with what I should be lifting and how often. This program takes the guess work out of it. Select a workout and follow along. It’s that simple! I have been doing the move monthly programming in the app for about a year now. I love that it gives you the option to choose between gym or home workout. I have gained so much strength and confidence. Love, love, love it!!!
