LOVE!!
I took the plunge and started MBody a year ago. I started out with the Begin to Move program and loved it and then moved onto the Move Monthly. I have never been consistent with a program before this app. I love the challenge over the 4 weeks each month and then the new monthly moves that Michaela puts out every month. Just paid for my second year yesterday!! You will not be disappointed. Follow Michaela on Instagram too!

I came across Michaela‘s Instagram page about a year and a half ago. When she was holding the beta trial for her app, I quickly joined, and I have loved her workouts ever since. I love the content that is in the app such as workouts, short workouts, specific target workouts, as well as the food and dietary section.

Great program, used for home home workouts
I started with begin to move to build a good foundation and just transitioned to Move at Home. I love that the moves are not weird complicated things that need extensive set ups, it uses mostly dumbbells which I prefer to use over bands (some other programs I used did a lot of band work and it’s hard to feel like you’re progressing with that for me at least). If you’re looking for other features like 1:1 or group coaching programs those are also offered. There’s a lot of info and education included with the app as well, the cost is very reasonable, I would highly recommend.

I love the format of this app. I love that it shows you the workout but you work thru it on your own. I love the support you get along with the workouts!! Left bodi for this and wont turn back
Great, focused strength workouts!
I’ve been using this app for 5 months now and I love it! I don’t have to think about the workouts, log in and get to work. Before this, I was very inconsistent with workouts but this app has truly been a game changer!

Great app for fitness!
The Mbody app is fantastic for fitness goals! Can access anywhere and having a gym or home option is perfect. Add on one of the ab workouts to your cardio days or stretching exercises for a rest day. Fantastic!

LOVE this app!
Found Micheala on Instagram and immediately loved her content. Once she launched the app I immediately gave it a try. It is the perfect fit for how I like to train. I love that the training blocks change every 4 weeks so we can track progressive overload for a month, but you don’t get too bored. The app is easy to use and a gorgeous user experience. Highly highly recommend!
