  • Patience if key if already in great shape

    I've waited about 4 months to write this review to ensure I have a good handle on results. I've tried nearly all the programs except pregnancy and post partum because I'm beyond those stages, but wish I had it when I was.

    I was already in great shape. Running, cycling, strength training, am in the army. I'm 5'8 140-146lbs typically. Well starting these programs was a shock to my body. Little muscles were weak I never used, the core connection wasn't strong while doing other exercises. But I can say after months now my entire body is stronger, I can eat almost anything within reason and I can see my lean muscle coming out and showing more and more. My core feels strong, my popping hip syndrome is improving. This feels like a combo of rehab/physical therapy and strength training.

    I will say your progress will go faster if you significantly decrease or cut out alcohol for awhile and stick to strict macros. But I can't say enough great things.

    One small critique is I would like to see a solid program completely without gym machines for those who must workout at home. Oh also Anna is super responsive, so responsive I'm not sure how she does it. But Anna thank you!🙏🏻

  • Real work, real results, no bull, no INJURIES!!

    This program is HARD WORK, but you will get what you give! Anna takes you through intuitive, intelligent movements that compliment each other and build upon the previous movement so that you are warming up and working effectively. All of her skill means you are less likely to get injured and more likely to see the results you are hoping for!! I’m totally hooked and grateful for this woman’s natural ability to guide others through the fitness journey!! Don’t wait! Get started now!!

  • Must have app for mamas!!

    Highly recommend for any mom, at any stage of motherhood! 🙏🏼 I LOVE that Anna includes educational videos about how the body functions. She breaks down the importance of breath work, alignment, deep core & pelvic floor connection, etc. This has absolutely transformative for me - especially during my first pregnancy! 🙌🏼 Literally within days of starting the Deep Core Pregnancy Program, I felt a huge difference in the way I felt “at home” in my body. I experienced a sense of strength & safety within myself that I had been disconnected from for years. Working with Anna has been life changing - I’ve learned so much from her support, feedback, nutrition tips, & encouragement. She’s extremely gifted at building women up & sharing her knowledge & passion to other mamas!!🔥

  • AMAZING

    These programs have been absolutely amazing for my postpartum body. The breath work and workouts are everything I didn’t know my body needed. Anna is so knowledgeable and I’m so glad I found this program!
  • Magical. Life changing. MOVING MOUNTAINS.

    I’ve been there. Subscription after subscription. Fad diets. YouTubing all the workouts. I’ve tried it all. Not only are the videos extremely detailed and informative, we are touching on somatic release, connecting with your pelvic floor, postpartum relief, breath work, working to fix chronic issues, regulating your nervous system, and so much more! Now I know the why behind the workout and how it’s effecting my body/mind! On just day 2, i connected with my PF in a way I hadn’t even experienced working with a PF therapist. It literally felt magical and like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. This chick is MOVING MOUNTAINS. High claim, I know. You have questions? She has answers. You want change? Just show up for yourself. You tired of all the wasted time and money? When I say run, just RUN! Change your life. Get👏The👏App👏

  • Worth every penny and more

    Anna is my fitness soul mate, she’s got me for life. I started with her doing 1:1 to address posture and alignment issues as well as DR and then signed up for her app and am now working with her on macros to fuel my body better. My runs are 🔥my workouts are 🔥 my sleep is legit, I have less back pain, my DR is improving (4 years later), my posture is better and about a million other things have improved but I don’t have enough space to write them all. 😂 Anna is truly gifted in what she does. The app and all her other services are worth every penny and you are worth it! Do it.

  • Game Changer!!

    I am so thrilled I decided to get in on these programs! There is so much in this app! I have done several fitness apps and I'm not a fan of only having a week or two worth of options. I finally found something different!! I love that I am able to implement the advanced core program into the other strength training programs! I really love that I'm not limited. I've been doing these programs for only about 5 weeks now and can already see and feel changes. I'm stoked I found this!

  • JUST DO IT

    I cannot say this enough…this program was life changing for me. It has improved the quality of my life. I had severe pelvic floor trauma and DR. Through this program, I’ve regain confidence but most of all, I FELL like me again. It’s not a quick fix. This takes work, but Anna guides you through the most thought lessons each day. I love the education in this program! She thoughtfully explains every single thing you’re doing and WHY it is so important. I cannot recommend this enough! Just do it, and watch your quality of life improve.

  • My favorite workouts!!

    I’m a mom of two and have worked out (really hard) for years. I finally feel like things have clicked since doing these workouts! I’m not only stronger, but I FEEL better. My joints feel better, I’m losing weight, and I can see my muscles!! I can finally see the toned look I’ve been working so hard for, all thanks to these workouts and doing the 1:1 nutrition! So grateful I found this!

  • Awesome!!!

    Anna is extremely knowledgeable, relatable and so very helpful! This app has helped me address the root of what was causing me issues and make changes in my everyday movements and overall strength. HIGHLY recommend if you are a momma!!!
