I worked for The rail Crew Express for four months now and quiet last week. They expect a lot out of you for nothing in return. My manager came all the way to our location to work.
He was fired last week for almost nothing. He was replaced by a
Person that wan’t even get out of the truck to help out.
The person he replaced done an extra good job, he cared about his workers and went out of his way to help his employees. He would even run trips and work all kinds of hours. I can’t say enough about his performance and they just came in and fired him. He came all this way and went all out and then was fired.
This company is very low on work ethics. I liked the job but the
People you have to work for are horrible.

How does the app determine my ranking in que?

I have noticed I’ve bounced all
Over the board and the supervisors don’t even know what’s happening. How Do I go from number one to number 7 back to number 1 then to number 3 all within an hour?

It doesn’t let me see the up coming jobs.

Not that great

We’re forced to either use this app which hasn’t let me login for the passed 3 weeks or do it all manually on paper. Won’t let me login with my own login but I accidentally typed in the wrong number and logged me into to someone else’s just fine. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app to fix it but it didn’t solve the problem.

Needs updated

1. Show my “clock” so I know how many hours I have left.

2. Give a “go on rest” option not just tied to end of trip

3. Show multiple trips when currently in a trip. IE I’m on a trip & have one waiting let me be able to see next trip info without ending current trip

4. Show 2 week trip history so I can track my hours.

5. When I put in notes let me display them

Could be better

It Could use an update on some stuff but other then that works just fine when I have service. You people that are complaining about it I’m sure you probably Can’t design an app that works perfect on the first try....

It works

Reports Time correctly, if the app crashes or you close it, you return to the screen you were on.
Uses minimal data (>500MB/month of HEAVY use). Works over wi-fi.
Would be nice to see the time in the app.
Would be nice to have a “last refreshed” indicator.
Would be nice to have a rest button NOT tied to ending a trip (also with time options (8 or 10 hours)).

Absolutely Horrible!

Now that your company is requiring drivers to use this app, on our phones, that we pay for, that the company doesn’t provide nor compensate for, I’m contemplating either 1. Quitting, or 2. Staging a walk out of all drivers. Maybe then the company will decide to care enough for its drivers, that you make millions off of; no sleep, crappy pay, and lack of supervisors with integrity or respect, among other things. Put tablets or phones in each van, train your drivers AND supervisors how to use it, because supervisors are ignorant on how it functions, and again, it’s a horrible program. A 5th grader could do better. Crashes. Resets if you’re in a bad signal area! Obviously I’m annoyed and angry. There’s not even an option for someone who is an extra radius in the yard! Fix the issues! Compensate your drivers better.

Needs update.

App needs multiple updates, but works.
App is full screen, and doesn’t display the notification bar/time at the top of the screen, causing me to have to exit the app just to look at the time.
“Events” menu is cut off on the right side of the screen, preventing the mileage from being shown. Comments section should be moved to bottom.
Buttons could be bigger, centered, and not look like a basic c# button.
Timeout error displays source code to end user.

Overall the app works as it should 99% of the time but these issues should be fixed and the app could be updated to look more modern.
