Not worth it
There are very few chances to use the points. One time there was an opportunity but the app wouldn’t work. Customer service reset my points (said there was a glitch & the points showing in my account were not accurate and they reduced my points from ~500 to 350). This did not happen in time for me to use the points during my travel. The next time I went to use the points, I was able to redeem lounge access code but the lounge had never heard of Sanctifly and didn’t know how to process the codes, so I was denied access. From my experience, I would say Sanctifly is a scam.Show lessWould give 0 stars if possible
I signed up for a $1 membership for 3 months and overpaid.
TL;DR - at $1 this service isn’t worth it and support is so unhelpful that you probably shouldn’t bother.
The app would not accept my password no matter how many times I tried. I reached out to support for assistance and their only advice was to reset the password in the app instead of the website.
Here’s the kicker: the app makes you go to the website to reset your password. Also, the password works perfectly fine in the website. Unfortunately, all functionality for the service is in the app. According to other reviewers of this app, the functionality is also pretty limited.Show lessRarely accepted at lounges, no customer support
I used 100 points to get access at a lounge Sanctifly claimed to work with, but the lounge did not accept it. I contacted the so called customer support team a week ago and I still haven’t heard back. They really need to work with more places INSIDE THE AIPORT (not gyms a 20 minute drive away) for it to be worth it.Show less
