Every single time I have logged in through this app I get an email from Instagram that a new device has logged into my account from places I don’t even know, like across the country or even in other countries. I’ve changed my password more than 10 times over the past 2 weeks and every time, only after logging in on this app, someone logs in to my account. It feels unsafe to use it and there’s no help provided to report this issue.Show lesskarenletkemann

Needs Work
I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of using a planner for my grid. However, the grid is impractical. Let’s say I try to move something around, I’m immediately bombarded with a giant ad and the world smallest x in the upper left hand corner that I promise you does not work. I have to close the app and relaunch it to avoid the mess. The grid is also blocked by an ad. The way you upload photos is also irritating. For some reason, the last photo uploaded is not actually uploaded. It’s strange to explain so you’ll have to try for yourself but you can continue scrolling through your camera roll and the photo will change. If you hit the upload button, you will then see a duplicate photo. It’s not at all what I was looking for. The app is advertised as an Instagram planner and yet it sorely lacks in that category.Show lessShayb4rd

As for the ad you mentioned, probably, you're talking about the subscription offer. Please note, after you skip it for the first time using the cross, you will see it only if trying to use the premium features in the app, and not while working as usual.
