Great game, but zen mode missing

This is a very well designed solitaire game. It’s easy to learn and play when you have a few minutes, and there is a risk/reward strategy, which keeps you interested and wanting to play one more game. It’s a great high score chaser with nice art design.

I immediately paid to remove ads and to get all the modes, to support a good developer who prices fairly with no crazy pay to win tactics. The only flaw I encountered is that the rules say there is a zen mode, but there is no zen mode when I pull up the play options. A minor flaw, but that should be fixed, that’s the only reason I docked a star.

Thank you developer for a great game experience overall!

Pointless

It comes down to sheer luck unless you start a move with a high value card. Slay the Spire it definitely isn’t. It’s more like Snap. Simplistic and dull. Deleted.

Game doesnt sync between iPhone and iPad

I dont want to play the tutorial twice

Gameplay is fun tho

Simple! Fun! Addictive!

Wonderful solitaire card game. Weirdly enough, I found myself getting better at assessing odds in poker after playing this game.

This game needs STATS.

UPDATE;

Why do we get promoted for rewards (story cards or whatever you call them) when we already have all of them? Coins become completely pointless is this game; after you’ve collectected everthing, what else is there to do? (Achievements, story cards, etc)... Well, this is why this game needs STATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very short game, easy to collect everything. So give it some DEPTH and give us a reason to keep play: STATS. Building up a sea of stats would be nice to have, to look at, compare, etc after everything is collected. Otherwise, there no point to playing this.

Nice card counting made into a game. But seriously lame without STATS. Would make this game 10x more interesting and appealing;
Total card pushes
Total cashin's
% card push
% cashin
Card Push Wins
Card Push Losses
Card Push Win%
Total Dice rolls
Total dice rolls suceeeded (revealed a card)
Total dice rolls failed (did not reveal cards)
AVERAGE SCORE, at least add this!
Total Rounds Played

I'd probably buy this if it had stats. Otherwise no thnx. This is card counting with luck. Without stats, no reason to play after finishing the game. Stats would make this a lot more interesting. For now, you can get lucky, get a high score for each mode, and then drool for ability to see your AVERAGE SCORE. Lack of stats makes this game entirely wasteful.

Love it!

Really good game when on a train!

I’d been following this game on Steam and was getting annoyed by its constant delays without realising there was an app already!

Nice artwork

The artwork of the deck themes are pretty but the gameplay gets pretty repetitive.

An almost perfect solitaire game

This game is an incredibly fun and quick to play twist on solitaire. It features a story that unfolds through art pages and accompanying story dialog that unlocks for those pages. You purchase this with in-game coins you get from winning the game.

The solitaire game itself is an interesting mix of push your luck and solitaire strategy. I would highly recommend the game to anyone looking to fill that spare time in their day.

There is one thing however I find endlessly frustrating. The “Scout” mechanic in the game allows you to sacrifice a card from your hand (a very limited and precious resource) to roll a dice twice and reveal the top cards from the stack rolled. However this roll can land on stacks already flipped up, and thus not giving any benefit, or it can even roll the same number twice, revealing only one stack, the second roll being a waste.

For a game where the push your luck tension is done very well it is constantly annoying to spend a very precious resource that you have a very limited quantity of and 9 times out of 10 get absolutely no benefit. I’ve even had this effect happen twice in a row which nearly made me quit the game in frustration because I had stunted my progress so harshly with absolutely no gained benefit.

Even the mechanic of sending a card at something I know it won’t beat is beneficial because it removes that card. I lose a card in the process, but it still has a benefit for me as a player.

I hope the dev would change this mechanic so if two random stacks can be revealed, they will be, and duplicate results wouldn’t happen. It’s a very frustrating mechanic in an otherwise very great solitaire game.
