I want to love this
I love the service when it does not constantly crash when I open the app. This app is overdue for an update to fix the constant crashing.
Misleading purchase page
Their one week plan, one month plan, three month plan and six month plan don’t indicate MacBook is not included!! The description is “3 Devices; x Days Unlimited; App re-login is required after purchase”. What the heck I can know MacBook is not included until I purchased and found it doesn’t work on my PC??? And this app website doesn’t even have a customer service. I don’t know where to refund. Hate misleading ux. Please not buy for them, buy for good merchants.

Terrible customer Service
This VPNs customer service is really horrible. I used to like it, but now that I see that customer service is this bad, I hate it SO much. There is no point on wasting so much as a PENNY on a VPN as horrible as this. If they do a better job, then I will write a better review then I did. This VPN had BETTER improve.

Terrible customer service
I had some issues with paying for a one year plan, the payment system kept glitching and saying it couldn’t charge my card, but it had. Then, when I found this out, I tried everything suggested for getting that reflected in my account including logging out and logging back in and emailing the customer service email. But Jason, the person who replied to my emails, kept telling me to get a refund from the app store despite repeatedly trying to explain and did not try to help in any way.
