No more updates
Been using it for years, unfortunately they dont update the app anymore… lately it has been REALLY slow. And doesnt work with whatsapp or line or fb messenger at times. Dont get any responses from costumer service. Time to move on to the bigger vpn names

i got “you need buy our plan to use this server.”when click any server. I bought 90 days and my credit card got charged already.
Won’t reply email about renew service
In their app they said if payment went through but didn’t receive the plan, you could email them to fix it but I’ve been emailing them for the past few days, there’s no reply no nothing. I don’t get it.
Doesn’t work for WhatsApp!
Could never use WhatsApp with this vpn! I found this problem after I bought the one-year plan and no one answered the email at all

Too bad app. Its log out automatically. Speed is too slow to browse.
Purchased plan but didn’t receive it
I didn’t use the app for a while, purchased a plan, and it didn’t go on my account, took the payment though, says to email them so I did, no response at all, terrible

Suddenly 5 devices to 3 devices; No Whats app
When I bought the VPN it was 5 devices, but now suddenly it is 3 devices; auto log out, no whats app no line. Devastating services. At first I told to the customer service, no solutions so deserves low grade reviews
Lamest vpn ever
Never stable never fast, couldn’t load instagram posts. I emailed them to complain about the service and asked for my refund, never replied. Anyone who sees this, don’t spend one penny on this app.
