Can’t work on Watsapp
This app has been a good app so far but my only problem has been the using of Whatsapp. I could see on the app written please contact us if you have any problem but there’s no way to contact the app developers hence the stars

App crash
I used the one day free trial and it worked perfectly. SO, I decided to buy a plan, I bought it worked properly for about 4 days. However, after 4 days, the app started crashing and basically I lost money for and I regret paying for this app.

I have used it for more than three yrs, and it is still working. And annual fee keeps the same . Good app
Issues with Alipay
Problem is Alipay payment page cannot be open without VPN being connected. Please fix this.

WhatsApp problem and iOS 12 crash
I don’t used to write reviews by this app was a good app since I downloaded it one year ago. But about 4 months ago it stop working with WhatsApp and the app has a iOS12 crash.
Please fix the problem. I wish I could give 5 stars by since it not working with WhatsApp anymore I can’t give 5.

Not recommend
I did one day free trial, it was good.
And I purchased one year plan since they mentioned it can also be used in Mac.
But After I did the payment, I can not use this App anymore, it was not stable and did not show the one-year remaining days on the screen. Tried several times, still 0 days.
And I contacted their email, they replied slowly and also did not solve my problems. So the only way I can do is to call my bank to cancel this transaction.
Not recommend to anyone want to find VPN, you can have more choices, not chose Ladder.

Terrible experience
I decided to download this vpn after a friend introduced it to me, I bought a one month plan and it didn’t get activated and I was logged out, I can’t log in anymore
