I can’t buy the prison pack bruh
Helpits a good fame but
Desperately needs updating
I have loved this game for years and thought it would be grand on my iPad, but sadly I can only play a demo level. Unlocking the full game is done via an in app purchase, which is broken. The button to buy the full game says “Buy [Unknown price]”, and pressing it will only show a loading animation for a moment before the button returns having done nothing. The app is also showing its age with two big black borders down the left and right sides of the screen, clearly not making use of newer tablet’s screen size. That said, I probably would have forgiven the screen size issue had I been able to play more than the first tutorial level, and a limited seven in-game day trial game.Show lessMr Wyndham
Paid but paywall broken.
Apple refunded the payment but should I, the customer, have to jump through a bunch of hoops because the developers are less than competent? I tried making a bug report but that mechanism was broken too. I’d like to buy it still but why would I risk it again? Fix your game, fix your paywall, and by all means, learn a little something about customer service.Show lessDaBoo22
Very buggy an bad customer support
I’ve been playing this game and was already disappointed that after FIVE YEARS we still don’t have an escape mode. The game gets dry and annoying after a while. The emergency cars are very glitchy and caused me to completely give up on my best map because they wouldn’t load out any of the dead bodies due to the fire and paramedics blocking the road even though I cancelled them. I restarted the game and tried doing anything to dismiss them. I contacted customer service and they did absolutely nothing to help me. If I could get a refund I would. I’m very disappointed in this game. Do better and update this buggy game.

My common room cant be edited
Why cant i change anything in my common rooms?? I cant dismantle things, or erase the room. Is this a bug?Dionnae Christa

In store purchases failed
Played the game on pc and really enjoyed it. But when I purchased the basic sandbox version of the game. The payment went through but I never gained access to the mode.Lucus-wolf
