These guys raised the price from $119 to 199 without my concent to twice a week service when i never got the service. don't return voicemails, don't answer calls, manager or the driver lies about pickups.
after 10 months of often botched service, the last straw was when i put the bags out at midnight the night before pickup and when it was never picked up i called the next day after they were sitting out in a rain storm for hours and was told they were here and no bags were there. they refused to come back and said i could have it picked up at the next pickup day the following monday.
so basically that i was lying and they believe the driver who they admitted is overworked and cant return even though they never came. so I lose a pickup and was repeatedly called a liar for just wanting what i paid for.
now i have 2 soaked bags of laundry that i'm paying monthly to have cleaned and i'm out the money and out the service. and basically yelled at for wanting to get what i paid for. not the best customer service. i also had to contact them on facebook to even get someone to return my calls.

Excellent service makes our life easier!
My family and I tried out the laundry service and we weren’t sure if it would good.
We were amazed!
Now week, instead of spending ridiculous amounts of time and energy (and money) on loads of laundry...we get it picked up, washed better then we ever could and it’s delivered FOLDED (even socks are paired!).
We’re also finding out about how much we’re not spending and saving on detergents and electricity too.
