    it’s everything
  • Perfect for my toddler!

    My little toddler always clicks on everything and closes apps out haha but this app is so toddler friendly! The screen touch is super easy to use for her and she actually learns while having fun. She is constantly saying new words and advances in the games they have! Such a nice app :)
  • I have paid for this app and now wants to charge me again

    NOT HAPPY I purchased this app when downloading them last April but now I have sections that are locked since updating and it is requesting I either subscribe for a further fee per month or year. Does this mean you will refund me my original purchase?
    When purchasing outright I should not have further fees coming out it’s unfair.

    Hi Jacob, We are very sorry to hear you are having issues with the app. Could you please try the following: - Uninstall the app from your device - Turn your device off then on again - Download again the World of Peppa Pig app from the App Store, making sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID used to make the original purchase - When launching the app, in the subscription module you should see a "restore purchase" button.   • My daughter loves this

    My daughter loves this game but since upgrading to version 2.4.7 it’s suddenly stopped working. Gets stuck and won’t load. How can I go back to the previous version please?

  • Long initialisation process when starting the app

    Update (3 stars) - the loading screen is improved in 2.4.7 (my complaint was based on 2.4.6).

    There are still some issues - occasionally the sound will cut out and the only way to get it back is to force quit the app.

    Also, I’d like to see an option to make it harder for young children to accidentally stop a video or go back. A long press mode would solve it.

    When you have a two year old who is tired and crying and the only way to cheer them up is by letting them watch Peppa, the absolute last thing you want when you open the app is a loading screen that goes through a very long ‘pre loading’ stage that has to download a large amount of data before you can even get into the app.

    To the developers - I’m a developer myself, it’s absolutely not necessary to have an installing stage at the start. Either include all the data in the app to begin with (so that it’s all ready to go when you start the app), or do some background loading so that it doesn’t interfere with the usability.

    No idea who green lighted such a bad design decision, but the number one priority for this type of app should be to allow quick instant access to playing videos.

  • Needs more educational content

    My 18 month old is Peppa’s biggest fan. She won’t watch anything but, and the app is the only one out there she likes. We both love the app, I just wish there was more educational content for her age range. That’s my only problem with her watching Peppa Pig is that she isn’t learning anything. Just wish the app could at least be a little more educational!

  • Update not working

    Dear app support

    Since the Halloween update the app is no longer working. The map won’t fully load. Any suggestions?

  • Love but stuck when trying to update to new map

    Currently my app won’t load. It goes through almost until the end then gets stuck on updating new map. Tried force quitting and uninstalling and reinstalling but still no avail.
  • Love Peppa Pig- can’t share subscriptions 😢

    My kids love Peppa Pig and we have just discovered this app which so far my kids love, sadly in app purchases can’t be shared with our family share plan. If they can fix that I would gladly pay for the yearly subscription, and give this app 5 stars, otherwise this is pointless when you have two toddlers that want to play with Peppa Pig on their own devices. Please fix for the love of Peppa Pig Oink!

  • Unable to subscribe 😭

    I’m going insane, thought this was a free app then to find out I will be charged after 7 days free trial, I’ve been searching and searching for two hours a way to cancel subscription before I get charged. And it’s impossible been trying to google it as the online website is no help and it says to go through settings and click subscriptions and press turn off auto renew but it says I’m not subscribed to anything because it’s a free trial!! So I have to wait to be charged before I can cancel it :( I’m devastated and frustrated as haven’t got the money or time for this!
