Peppa is a wonderful app for preschool and grade school
Was so happy to find peppa pig. No ads. Very age appropriate stories and games. Disappointed I am paying monthly rather than year. Also wish there were 2 for apps when you have two apple devicesnana marge
Game won’t load after one week
This game worked well and my son loved it for several sessions - now it is stuck on the loading screen and won’t connect to the app servers (we’ve reinstalled it and tried multiple internet connections plus it worked fine yesterday) - there is no way to contact support and why pay for something that doesn’t work ? Will be requesting a refund for my subscription if the app is still frozen in 12 hours.Show lessMadrid play 6

My 3 year old twins love this game, but I seem not to be able to share the yearly subscription I purchased with my partner on her iPhone who I family share the App with. This is most disappointing as there is no way we can justify buying another annual subscription. It’s a real shame as my kids will lose out not being able to play this on my partners device... :(
3 stars awarded due to lack of this share functionality. Would normally get full 5 if the share function worked as designed across family member devices.Show lessNostrawaggus

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the very belated reply. Unfortunately, subscriptions are not compatible with the family library on Apple devices. We are currently working on a solution that will allow to share the subscription across multiple devices, but it will only be available in 2020. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are on the second day of our one week trial, and we’ve barely been able to get any use out of this app because it crashes continuously. I’ve never known an app to file as often as this one does. I sense there is some reasonable content on the app, but I’m afraid it doesn’t work reliably enough to actually see! One area that seems a little disappointing is that we expected it to be full episodes where as there are only clips. Given that we are paying a subscription, I would expect it to be full episodes, as these clips can easily be accessed elsewhere.Show lessLoadfrog

Having purchased my Son a new iPad for Christmas it seems we need to buy a whole new subscription, ie. rather than Family Sharing recognising we’ve bought an annual one on a different iPad already & being able to use that?JPC0906
Won’t load games
I paid for the yearly and games are gone. I payed for monthly, yet still no games. Worked fine the first week of free trial. Tried reinstalling and everything for general reboot yet still no go. Was a good app for a week. Edit: it works, was updating And debiting, thank you . Five starbearflowerz
No content, worst update ever
Update 2.0.8 removed all content! Nothing to do in the app now. I have paid subscription.learz

Hi learz, We had server issues yesterday resulting in people not getting all of the apps content for a few hours. But it has been fixed so if you close and reopen the app everything should be there. Ok firstly, we’re using the 9.7” IPad Pro on iOS 12 and we’ve had no glitches, as I’ve noticed quite a few reviews highlighting bugs.
My 2 yr old loves Peppa pig. The game has extracted the essence from the cartoons and has even converted some of the episodes into very short story book form.
After playing it for 3 nights, I’ve realised we’ve run out of things to do in it.
- the jig saw puzzles are static. Was hoping it would be a diff pic each time but not the case- under 5 puzzles
- drawing /colour in type puzzles she gets bored quickly. We’ve played and once again not many times again as it’s the same
- colour matching ones are good like gems.
- pic match once again. If you’ve played it once it’s the same second time round
Overall decent but scratching my head why to pay subscription which I am willing to pay but don’t have contents to make it worthwhile.Show lessStran1
