Got my ticket dismissed!
It’s not a 100% guaranteed process but they were able to pull it off for me! Just a little annoying that there is a $2.99 non refundable service charge for the process to begin but it paid off in this instance. I had a $125 parking ticket paid off and only had to pay half.

Not worth it
The apps kept showing the ticket was pending but the fee went up. This was not supposed to happen when the case is still pending(under penalty lock). The live chat person said they failed to inform me on time because there were too many tickets they needed to handle during that period of time. They only adjusted the ticket status on the app after I contacted them. That is really unprofessional and unacceptable. I ended up paying extra fee.Show lessFlyerkwite

I would just like a couple more email communication stating the ticket is still being worked on after a period of 3 weeks or so of not hearing back any updates but otherwise all well!Vipurstrike
Unfair Ticket
I got an unfair ticket in a parking area, where they just put up paper signs of closing off, due to the COVID-19 social distancing issue. It was for $60! I refused to pay it, and sent it in to “Ticket Wiper” and they beat it! I gladly gave them half of what I would have had to pay had I not fought it. Thanks TicketWiper!!!😃Show lessJake 1nOnly

Love this app, never have to second guess when I have a ticket cause it always lets me know. Also pays HALF the ticket automatically when you win. So you never pay the full price but also you can’t forget the ticket cause it was already paid..lolSwagsz

I’ve got quite a few parking tickets in my day but I’ve set this app up to fight them all and auto pay regardless of success so I don’t even worry about paying my tickets the app pays them when I’m found guilty and cuts the rate in half if the app can get the ticket dismissed it’s the peace at mind I need.
